To update the country of origin, click on the ingredient. Or, if in a recipe, you can use the drop-down button to open an ingredient within the recipe you'll see the country of origin you have chosen for the ingredient. In this case (see image) the ingredient actually has multiple countries of origin.
If you use the diagonal arrow button and open the ingredient you can change its country of origin.
If you then save the ingredient and refresh the product, the country (ies) listed in the recipe will update.
