The notes button in Zubi can be used to record notes against any item (e.g. ingredient or finished product).
To add notes, first click the Notes button
and a screen will open where you can make notes.
Once you have finished typing, close the Notes field.
When you edit the item next time you will know there is a note against it because the Notes button has turned green.
You can add new notes to this item when ever you like.
